PRIVACY
Privacy information
This first version of Memorial Song Guide is a static website. It does not require an account, send your song selections to our own server, or use advertising scripts. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics for aggregate website traffic measurements.
Website analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand overall website visits and traffic sources. Ahrefs describes its analytics product as privacy-friendly and cookieless. Visiting this site may cause your browser to contact the Ahrefs analytics service. This is separate from your playlist, which stays stored in your browser.
Playlists saved in your browser
When you add songs to your playlist, their identifiers are stored in your browser’s local storage so you can find them again on the same device and browser. If storage is unavailable, the playlist works during the current visit only. You can remove songs individually or clear your browser site data to remove saved selections.
Sharing and exporting
If you choose “Share link,” selected song identifiers are included in a URL. Anyone you send that link to can see which songs are in your playlist. The text export and printed list are created in your own browser. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
External services
Spotify and YouTube listening links take you to websites we do not control. Those services may collect data according to their own policies. The hosting service may process technical request details, such as IP addresses, for security and delivery and our analytics provider processes information needed to produce website traffic reports.
Changes
If we introduce accounts or change how analytics or other data collection works, this notice should be updated before those changes are enabled.
